Scheduled to take place on June 19, at<\/span> Avenida Paulista<\/b>,<\/span> S\u00e3o Paulo’s LGBT Pride Parade<\/b><\/a> announced to the public this year’s theme: \u201c<\/span>Vote with pride \u2013 for a politics that represents<\/b>\u201d. In an election year, the largest LGBT Parade in Brazil reiterates its commitment to the fight against prejudice and to the search for representatives who support affirmative public policies and are engaged in the promotion of human rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

The live that announced the theme took place last Tuesday (5) and is available on the<\/span> Youtube channel Parada SP<\/span><\/a>. The broadcast featured representatives of <\/span>APOLGBT-SP<\/b>; from<\/span> Terra<\/b>, the event’s partner in this edition; from<\/span> FOME Agency<\/b>, responsible for creating this year’s slogan, manifesto and visual identity; from the<\/span> Secretary of Justice and Citizenship of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo<\/b>; and from the<\/span> Regional Electoral Court of S\u00e3o Paulo<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
