The “Garotas ao Mar Weekend”<\/strong><\/a> festival, aimed at lesbian, bisexual, trans, and other gender identities<\/strong>, has announced Rio de Janeiro singer Marina Lima<\/strong><\/a> as the main attraction of its line-up. The event will offer a three-night and four-day<\/strong><\/a> experience featuring various musical activities and beachside parties.<\/p>\n

The LBTQ+ event, marking the festival’s debut in Brazil under the organization of H&H<\/strong><\/a>, will take place from March 28 to March 31, 2024<\/strong>, at the Eco Resort Vila Gal\u00e9<\/strong><\/a>, located in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Pernambuco, Brazil.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Renowned in the Brazilian music scene, Marina Lima<\/strong> is known for hits that have spanned generations. Iconic since the 1980s and 1990s, she has built a solid career over more than four decades with songs that blend pop-rock and MPB, such as “Fullg\u00e1s”, “\u00c0 francesa”, and “Uma noite e meia”.<\/p>\n

In addition to Marina Lima, other confirmed attractions include Bruna Pazinato<\/strong> (country music), the carnival block “Gatas Extraordin\u00e1rias”<\/strong> and a samba session with the SaiaBamba<\/strong> group. At the DJ booth, the lineup includes DJs Ary<\/strong> (PE), Babi Deejay<\/strong> (“Ch\u00e1 da Alice”\/RJ), Lela Gomes<\/strong> (“Lambe Lambe”\/RJ), Quimey Toro<\/strong> (“Fiesta Rose”\/Argentina), Rapha Navarro<\/strong> (PE), and Van Muller<\/strong> (SP). The organization assures that more updates and many other names will be announced by the end of 2023.<\/p>\n

The festival is conceived by H&H Festival<\/strong><\/a>, which has a 16-year history of promoting experiences for the LGBTQIA+ audience.<\/p>\n
