On Tuesday (06), the horror film “Ganymede<\/strong><\/em>” premiered on digital platforms, marking actor Jordan Doww<\/strong>‘s first lead role in a feature film. Known for his work in short films and web series, Doww now takes center stage in this horror production.<\/p>\n

The plot<\/h3>\n

The plot of the film, described as an “over-the-top Southern Gothic<\/em>” horror, follows high school wrestling star Lee Fletcher<\/strong>, played by Doww, who begins to develop feelings for his openly gay<\/a> classmate, Kyle<\/strong>, portrayed by Pablo Castelblanco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lee Fletcher faces repression at home due to the strict Baptist environment created by his father, Big Lee<\/strong>, played by Joe Chrest<\/strong>. To try to “correct<\/em>” his son, Big Lee brings in Pastor Royer<\/strong>, portrayed by David Koechner<\/strong>, to scare Lee. However, a demon begins to haunt the young man, threatening his life.<\/p>\n
