Seg\u00fan uno de los responsables del estudio, Erik Denilson, los datos son alarmantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00abEl deporte parece estar estancado en la d\u00e9cada de 1980, donde nada est\u00e1 cambiando en t\u00e9rminos del juego homof\u00f3bico que ocurre. No creo [o resultado] sorprendente considerando que no se ha hecho nada para cambiar este comportamiento\u00bb<\/em> &#8211; dijo, y agreg\u00f3 que el comportamiento homof\u00f3bico est\u00e1 directamente relacionado con la <strong>cultura dentro del deporte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00abEl comportamiento no cambia espont\u00e1neamente, especialmente cuando sabemos que el comportamiento est\u00e1 siendo impulsado por la cultura y los est\u00e1ndares en el deporte y no por actitudes homof\u00f3bicas. El simple hecho de decirle a la gente que sea diversa e inclusiva no va a cambiar ese comportamiento. Otro dato alarmante es que el 33% de los j\u00f3venes neozelandeses dijeron haber sufrido <strong>alguna forma de bullying<\/strong> dentro del deporte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab<em>Esper\u00e1bamos que los j\u00f3venes LGBT que practicaron deportes en Nueva Zelanda reportaran un comportamiento menos homof\u00f3bico porque el pa\u00eds es muy progresista en estos temas. Esper\u00e1bamos que todos a su alrededor detuvieran el juego homof\u00f3bico y otros comportamientos que sabemos que siguen siendo comunes en los deportes de equipo<\/em>\u00ab, continu\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Denison<\/strong> propone que estos estudios contribuyan para que, en el futuro, el entorno deportivo no sea blanco de homotransfobia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00abLa comunidad LGBTQ hace esta acusaci\u00f3n [sobre homofobia] durante a\u00f1os, pero ahora tenemos varios estudios que confirman esta percepci\u00f3n. Existe una fuerte evidencia de que los j\u00f3venes LGB son atacados por comportamientos homof\u00f3bicos y transf\u00f3bicos.
