La contrataci\u00f3n es parte del plan de la empresa para garantizar, en cinco a\u00f1os, un entorno de trabajo con al menos un 30% de empleados negros y al menos un 22% de personas negras o morenas en puestos directivos. En 2017, el 19% de las contrataciones fueron de personas autodeclaradas morenas o negras. En 2020, ese n\u00famero fue del 27%. La expectativa es que el 30% de todos los empleados contratados para fines de 2021 sean negros. En 2025, esa cifra ser\u00e1 del 37%.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Censo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El censo, realizado con socios externos, recogi\u00f3 respuestas autodeclaradas y de forma an\u00f3nima de sus empleados a finales del a\u00f1o pasado. El an\u00e1lisis de los resultados acaba de finalizar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de los n\u00fameros en relaci\u00f3n a la diversidad racial, la encuesta indica que el 56% de los gerentes pertenecen a grupos subrepresentados en tecnolog\u00eda y servicios financieros, considerando raza, g\u00e9nero, orientaci\u00f3n sexual y personas con discapacidad (PcD); que el 41% de los empleados son mujeres; y que el 26% se declara LGBTQIA+.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA\u00fan tenemos mucho trabajo por hacer, pero estamos felices de completar este diagn\u00f3stico para poder planificar mejor los pr\u00f3ximos pasos y tener un rumbo para formar un equipo cada vez m\u00e1s diverso e inclusivo\u201d, dice Cristina Junqueira, cofundadora de Nubank. \u00abEl censo no es solo para medir, sino tambi\u00e9n para hacer que todo el proceso sea transparente ahora y en los a\u00f1os venideros\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para medir el nivel de inclusi\u00f3n en la empresa, el cuestionario del censo tambi\u00e9n conten\u00eda preguntas sobre el ambiente laboral. Las respuestas indican que los empleados se sienten respetados en Nubank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ocho de cada diez empleados (81%) dijeron que sienten que sus opiniones importan y que se les escucha en la vida diaria de Nubank. Y el 76% de los encuestados dijeron que sienten que pueden expresar sus opiniones de forma independiente y libre. La meta interna es que los \u00edndices est\u00e9n por encima del 85% al \u200b\u200bfinal del semestre. Esta semana, Nubank anunci\u00f3 la apertura de aplicaciones para un programa de captaci\u00f3n de personas que se identifiquen como negros y morenos, enfocado en aquellos interesados \u200b\u200ben formar parte del equipo de ingenier\u00eda de software de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Denominado \u00abN\u00f3s Codamos\u00bb, el evento virtual tendr\u00e1 lugar los d\u00edas 5 y 6 de marzo y ya cuenta con m\u00e1s de 1.200 personas inscriptas. Las partes interesadas pueden registrarse hasta el viernes (12) en la p\u00e1gina de carreras de Nubank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda tambi\u00e9n abri\u00f3 a fines del a\u00f1o pasado una plataforma exclusiva para que postularan personas autodeclaradas de color negro y morenas. En tres meses, m\u00e1s de 15.000 personas se registraron en la plataforma. Adem\u00e1s de las vacantes abiertas en Nubank en el per\u00edodo, hubo 23 mil registros de personas negras autodeclaradas. Los procesos de selecci\u00f3n est\u00e1n en curso y, hasta el momento, se ha convocado a m\u00e1s de 900 personas a la fase de entrevista.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Refuerzo en el equipo de Diversidad<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, el equipo de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, 100% dedicado a atraer, seleccionar y desarrollar grupos subrepresentados, ha duplicado su tama\u00f1o y se espera que contin\u00fae creciendo &#8211; hay nueve vacantes. El equipo estaba compuesto por cuatro personas, hoy son nueve y el objetivo es llegar pronto a los dieciocho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plan de acci\u00f3n de Nubank tambi\u00e9n incluye la creaci\u00f3n de un centro de ingenier\u00eda, dise\u00f1o y experiencia del cliente de software, \u00abNuLab\u00bb, en Salvador; la inclusi\u00f3n de criterios de diversidad en la evaluaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n de proveedores durante el proceso de compra; un fondo de capital semilla para invertir en startups brasile\u00f1as fundadas o dirigidas por negros; cursos de
