Mike Ruiz, RuPaul’s Drag Race judge, does a nude photo shoot for DYO Magazine

Photographer, activist, model, director, judge, actor, Mike Ruiz was born in Montreal and raised in Quebec. Ruiz has French-Canadian, Philippine and Spanish ancestry and moved to the United States at the age of 20 years old to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

The long list of celebrities photographed by the 55-year-old Canadian includes Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, Lewis Hamilton, Cardi B, Ruby Rose, Prince, Taraji P. Henson, Penn Badgley, Lakeith Stanfield, Kelly Clarkson and Queen Latifah. His photos have graced countless international magazine covers, such as Vanity Fair, Flaunt, Interview, Dazed and Confused, Arena, Elle, Vogue and he was a collaborator of Dolce & Gabbana’s official book.

Mike accepted the invitation from DYO Magazine to star in an exclusive photo shoot signed by the photographer Bryan Griffin and to celebrate his successful phase.
