SCRUFF’s initiative will involve distributing coconut water, popsicles, and the PRO version of the app in Ipanema

This Saturday (23), the WOOfers (as SCRUFF app users are called) will be in the vicinity of Farme de Amoedo street. Anyone passing through the region of the Rio de Janeiro capital may be in for a surprise when they encounter guys in “SCRUFF swim trunks” distributing water, popsicles, and coconut water to help beat the heat.

The guys will also be giving out complimentary coupons for a one-month SCRUFF Pro subscription – the premium version of the app that comes with various enhanced navigation and app usage features. The event takes place between lifeguard stations 8 and 9, on Vieira Souto Avenue.

In addition to being present at Ipanema Beach, SCRUFF will also be at the “Tomba!” party happening at Galeria Café RJ. The night will be marked by a lot of pop, funk, Brazilian music, hits, and much more, with DJs Binho S., Felipe Ferreira, and Pedro Myguel.
