Initially propagated in 2018 and denied even by the official profile of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the information saying that Pabllo Vittar would be vice president has returned strongly on social media since Lula became eligible on March 8.
The photo in question makes reference to Lula, who would run for president in 2018, but ended up being framed by the Clean Record Law and was convicted by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), which ended up granting the registration and he was not able to run.
Convictions overturned
Recently, Minister Edson Fachin, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), overturned Lula’s convictions at Lava Jato for understanding that the 13th Court of Curitiba did not have the competence to analyze the cases. Two days later, the former president delivered a one-hour, twenty-three-minute speech.

Fachin accepted the argument of the ex-president’s defense that these accusations would not be directly linked to deviations in Petrobrás and determined that the lawsuits be sent to the Federal Court of the Federal District.
However, the minister’s decision was only procedural and Fachin did not analyze whether Lula is guilty or innocent.
“The process will continue, okay, I have already been acquitted of all the processes outside of Curitiba, but we will continue fighting so that Moro is considered suspicious, because he does not have the right to become the greatest liar in the history of Brazil and being considered a hero by those who wanted to blame me.
