The scene in question shows the character Fortunato Sampaio, played by actor João Villa, in an intimate moment with another man, despite being married to a woman in the story. Both appear nude, and at one point the partner commands, “Take it all off”, to which the apothecary promptly complies. However, when trying to kiss him, Fortunato immediately reacts: “ No way! Not on the mouth!”, revealing an internal conflict.

In the continuation of the scene, the character receives oral sex in a sequence that drew attention for its content, the construction of the moment, and the actor’s performance. Another detail that stood out was the chosen soundtrack – a instrumental version of the song “Cheguei”, a hit by singer Ludmilla, playing in the background despite the story being set in the 19th century. Set in Minas Gerais in the 19th century, the story portrays the rules and limitations of the time. In this context, Fortunato struggles to navigate his sexuality in an environment defined by rigid social norms and repression.

In the plot, the character has a relationship with Siá Boa (Rita Pereira) merely to meet social expectations. At the same time, he develops a relationship with Inspector Maurício Belgard, played by Eduardo Pelizzari, which heightens the conflicts throughout the narrative. The officer’s arrival in town is linked to a murder investigation, placing Fortunato among the suspects.

More steamy scenes

This isn’t the only +18 sequence that has drawn attention. In other intense love scenes circulating on social media, Fortunato becomes involved with Belgard, experiencing even more passionate moments during nights filled with sex and wine. However, the next day, he pulls back and asks the inspector to leave.

A reinterpretation of ‘Dona Beja’

The production is a reinterpretation of the telenovela of the same name, which aired in 1986, and also follows the journey of Ana Jacinta, played by Grazi Massafera. The character faces a series of events that change her fate after being separated from her fiancé, played by David Júnior.

Throughout the story, Ana reinvents herself as Dona Beja and comes to run a luxury brothel, which becomes a place of social and economic influence. The plot weaves together the different stories of characters within this same setting.
