Britney Spears’ lawyer has stated that she will not perform on stage again while her father, Jamie Spears, has her custody. Since 2008, he has obtained her guardianship because Britney is considered incapable to make her own decisions, leading to both having a legal fight since then.

“My client informed me that she is afraid of her father. She will not perform again while her father is in charge of her career,” said Britney’s lawyer Sam Ingham.
