The Porn star Theo Barone, from the Rio de Janeiro’s production company HotBoys, dies at the age of 26

The ex-porn star Theo Barone died on the last Sunday, September 27, after being hospitalized for five days due to a stomach cancer. Due to his severe clinical condition, Barone was placed in an induced coma and was fed by a nasogastric tube. The information was gathered by the news portal Dentro do Meio.

Very active on social media, Theo’s last post was on August 9. A few moments before the news about the hospitalization, his relatives were already making posts to ask for prayers for him. The burial took place at 11 p.m. of September 29, in the city of Nilópolis, in Rio de Janeiro.

The actor entered the porn movies industry due to financial needs: “I needed the money to contribute to my nephew’s surgery and, since I was desperate, I ended up talking to a friend who had already done movies and he put a word in for me at HotBoys. They called me, but I didn’t accept it at first. As the situation got worse, I accepted it.” – he said in an interview with Dentro do Meio.

Throughout the conversation, Theo Barone commented that his family didn’t take it well, but deep down they respected him. Furthermore, he also said that he was more recognized on the streets than he thought he would be, however people only crossed the line in places like nightclubs.

“When in a public space, the approaches are fine. But I had hard times in nightclubs and other LGBT places. Once someone cornered me inside a gym bathroom and when I said I didn’t want it, the person got p****d off.

He told me that since I was a porn actor, I should like dirty stuff and that I couldn’t reject him since he was hot. I simply put a smile on my face, answered that “not everything is what it seems” and left the bathroom.”

He dreamed of investing in an international career and also of working with the actor Rhyheim Shabazz.
