Last Saturday, 10th, deputy C4rl4 Z4mbell1 took to Twitter to regret the decision to release André do Rap, head of the PCC (First Command of the Capital), who was imprisoned without a final sentence since the end of 2019. Condemned to pay Jean Wyllys R$ 40,000 for spreading fake news, Z4mbell1 stated on the microblog that she intended to create a bill to remove from the Criminal Procedure Code the judge’s obligation to reassess the preventive prison pieces every 90 days.

It was then, that deputy Janaina Paschoal had dinner early – more precisely at 10:19 on Saturday. In response, Paschoal reminded Z4ambell1 that his “idol” sanctioned Art. 316, which deals with the need for the judge to review the maintenance of preventive detention every 90 days.

Paschoal even mocked with a “He did not” in his response on Twitter: “Deputy, was the President Bolsonaro, his idol, which sanctioned this pearl Forgot The population supports the fight against crime, but HE DID NOT!”.

Janaina’s response went viral not only for pointing out Carla’s contradiction, but also for the application icons that appeared on the print sent with the answer. On the left side, above, Internet users noticed the SCRUFF icon in the image, a popular application among 15 million pocs around the world.

“And Janaína do Rivotril, who even has a profile on Scruff, huh, my people? 2020 proving that nothing is impossible anymore”, wrote the tweeter @entidadewolf.

There is still no information about the origin of the print.
