OnlyFans pioneer, performer Matthew Camp said on Instagram that he was lucky enough to escape with his roommate Six Carter from his home, which was set on fire on January 14. Authorities believe it was an assassination attempt, as security cameras showed a man pouring gas into home around 5 am.
Camp shared photographs on social media showing the fire, which, according to the Daily Mail, lasted 90 minutes until firefighters managed to control the situation. Carter launched a crowdfunding campaign on GoFundMe and has raised about $ 30,300 so far to try to make up for the loss.
“Someone put gas on my front porch and set fire to an apparent hate crime” – said Camp on his Instagram – “I was sleeping. I’m alive to face this person one day, but all I had is gone”.
According to information from Pink News, a member of the “Church of Satan” had threatened Camp that he would set his house on fire. In response, the leader of the Church of Satan, Peter H Gilmore, sent a note saying “he is not sure of the motivation of those who set the house on fire”.
“Those who took the time to research our religion know that we do not worship the Devil, but we have an atheistic philosophy of individualism, freedom and achievement” – completed Gilmore.
“I am sharing this story because queer people are still being attacked around the world. Our voices will not be silenced.” she continued.
“Now I am living day after day trying to recover what is left (…) Thank you for all your love and support and the ongoing struggle to keep our queer family safe.”
Matthew Camp dances like GoGo Boy in several nightclubs in New York and is very famous on OnlyFans with his erotic videos that, according to his official page, includes “everything you would like to see a sexy guy doing”.
