A gay hairdresser who admires Donald Trump, Kristopher Dreww, told The Orange County Register that he is sorry he encouraged people on Twitter to break into the Capitol last week.
“I’m scared” – he said, on the verge of tears – “I fear for my life. I regret not having studied and not knowing why people were there. I am proud to have resumed our home, but I thought we would have it back peacefully “ – he continued, also explaining that he never got to enter the Capitol.
“There are people who have done terrible things and need to be arrested” he said, explaining that he is concerned that he is being investigated by the FBI.
This statement to the newspaper came after a video of him, posted on Twitter on January 6, which went viral on social media just after the attack on Capitol. “I just came back from an attack on the Capitol. It was a success. For all of you, crazy bitches on Facebook, saying it wasn’t us, it was us. We are proud to have taken over our Capitol.”

“I’m just in the hotel now to put some equipment on, I’m going to come back. They brought the National Guard and that sh * t. We had the damn cops running away from us. Not because they’re rude, but because they’re smart”, he said.
Dreww also encouraged netizens to break into the Capitol buildings in their individual states.“I want every person watching to think about it. Go to the Capitol in your state. You deserve it, and your state does.”
The hairdresser lives in Huntington Beach, California, and is popular with supporters of far-right Donald Trump. He is known by the name “Adorable Deplorable”, a reference to Hillary Clinton’s comments in 2016 that said Trump’s supporters are “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic and Islamophobic”, calling them “deplorable”.
