On last Friday, 16, the singer Miley Cyrus covered “Gimme More”, by Britney Spears, directly from her house backyard, in Los Angeles. Named “Backyard Sessions”, the project created by Cyrus in 2012 had its third edition supported by MTV.
Besides “Gimme More”, the singer also performed “I Got So High That I Saw Jesus” with Noah Cyrus and “Midnight Sky”, her latest single and current title track.
HEART OF GLASS
In the middle of September, Miley Cyrus started her performance on the 2020 iHeartRadio Festival by doing a cover of “Heart of Glass”, by Blondie. The singer, who has already covered songs by Metallica, Pink Floyd, Nirvana and The Beatles, shortly after performed three of her own songs: “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart”, “Who Owns My Heart” and “Midnight Sky”.
